- The owners were wonderful enough to tell them about it & how it had been resolved! It was ready to be moved into, but they wanted to ensure that the indoor air quality was not compromised.
During our home service consultation, my associate and I offered them the option of having an Heating & A/C professional assess the air quality. My buddy and I did some duct cleaning in case any complications were detected, but they were keen on installing modern Heating & A/C equipment. Their priority was installing a smart Heating & A/C system to handle any humidity complications & improve their home’s air & an additional whole home air cleaner to ensure they were not exposed to mold or other contaminants because they had young kids. The buyers had already researched the Heating & A/C they wanted to be installed in their home & were particular on the type of air purification help we’d get for the entire house. They kept their budget open for whatever amount the Heating & A/C contractor would estimate for the component & the replacement fees. Our role in the location was to fasten them up with the best service providers & ensure that complications like air purification would be sorted out by the time they moved in. They were correct to change the entire heating & cooling system because apart from the dirty air filter, some parts of the HVAC duct needed extensive repair, which would mess up any air purification help we’d install for them. The air cleaner was added to their A/C system, & even for us, who’d spent hours in the condo doing renovations, my associate and I could feel the difference in the air after the replacement.
