It is moderate out, so why am I cold?

The human body is genuinely complicated at times.

Most days it runs like a well oiled machine, however then, there are those days when everything just seems out of whack. Today is one of those days for me. I got up early, felt great, and headed out to do some much needed gardening. The temperature this day was nearly eighty by seven o’clock and I knew it was going to be a scorcher. I wanted to get as much done as possible before the sun was up in the sky so I worked for about three hours, and between mowing the grass and weeding I was pretty sleepy by the time I came inside. Thankfully a quick shower and laying near the portable cooling system seemed to revive me a bit, now, laying in my study room, the temperature on the control unit reads nearly 71 degrees however I am cold. This entirely doesn’t make much sense because logically I know temperature in home has plenty moderate enough. The Heating and Air Conditioning system is set for 71 so I know that it is laboring correctly. I guess I may have gotten too much sun this day or that I need to drink more water to balance out my system. I can’t turn up the temperature in the home just to make myself comfortable. The rest of the family would complain and guess I am nuts. I feel I will just head upstairs, put on a sweatshirt and curl up with a nice book. Sounds like a fantastic way to reward myself for all of my hard toil anyway.
