It’s only a few more months before I’ll be able to enjoy the outdoors all I want
So this is the time of year when I particularly get my studying plus house chores done. It’s mid June plus where I live, you better have a activity indoors at this time of year, but the only time it’s okay for me to get out of the air conditioner is the early afternoon or the late night, going outside at this time of year around here can be dangerous for an old guy like me. I’m now just about to be 69. While I’m in good shape for this age, I still have to be truly conscious of the heat. This far south, the heat plus humidity can team up to particularly put the hurt on a body this age. Well for that matter, this level of heat can put the hurt on a person half my age if they aren’t careful. It still amazes me when I see folks working on the road or putting on a roof in the middle of all this heat. I just don’t know how in the world they are able to do that, however for me, I get out of the air conditioner inside my house first thing in the afternoon for some fresh air plus a walk. From there, I try to get any other errands done before about 11 in the afternoon. That’s the time when I either do house chores or just spend my time inside the central air conditioner studying, and but for me, it’s not that giant a deal. It’s only a few more months before I’ll be able to enjoy the outdoors all I want. And the heat pump will go back to not having to run night plus day in order to supply the cooling comfort I need.
