I am hungry, and ready to eat my pear and yogurt breakfast soon, which will be followed by a frigid ocean swim to shake my mind up quickly.
I don’t love to drink a lot of coffee, so taking these swims is a nice counterpart to this and it is a natural way to charge up the mind and body for the day.
I am still trying to decide if I want to take a trip with my friend Zed to this mountain cabin, but that all depends on how many people are going up there. Zed and I will do some gigs in heated clubs, and hopefully can find a few with a great fireplace to keep us overheated while my pal and I play our tunes! Zed and I made a flock of new songs lately, but Zed and I are going to try and push ahead and make a whole bunch more over the next couple of months. I believe that my heating and cooling dealership is going to be closed for several weeks for some new Heating and Air Conditioning tech training, so maybe going to the mountain soon would be a nice change of pace for me; I love taking road trips but I don’t want to stay in a flat in the mountains with 10 other folks. My Heating and Air Conditioning rep buddies and bandmates are younger than I am and they love having a ton of people in the heated flat unlike me. I love my alone time and would rather just stay there with a couple of associates and not a whole busload like Zed and I did last time, and okay, I’m off to get some natural temperature control from Mother Nature.
