We are finally going to use the guest house for it’s purpose.
- When my great friend and I bought this site, my fiance and I were so satisfied to have a guest home come with the property.
This entire property was old, worn out and run down. So my great friend and I had to renovate the entire thing. From Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit to flooring to family room appliances and everything in between, my great friend and I had to replace it. Actually, as I understand it, the place sat empty of almost 20 years. We even had to rip out the old air duct it was that old and useless. But in its site, my great friend and I had the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals install just the best in residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C. It’s really awesome the task the local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company did. But all those renovations took time. Thankfully, the in laws didn’t want to fly in Summer of ‘21 as the pandemic was still raging. And last year, my great friend and I bought them a cruise of a lifetime that was nearly four months long. But this Summer, we’ll have our property and the guest home ready for my fiance’s folks. They’ll genuinely come out to spend the full Summer with us; Our kids are now in prime Grandparents age and both they and the folks should have a good Summer. Actually, the in laws will enjoy just amazing a/c this Summer thanks to the ductless heat pump also installed by the local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company. When the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business first showed me the ductless heat pump, I thought no way that’s even as great as a window a/c. Well let me tell you, I sure was wrong about that.
