The deal of a lifetime on end of the year models

My hubby is obsessed with getting a deal.

When my nice friend and I need something updated at the house she always scours the clearance inventory to see if there is something that will work.

The most aggravating thing she does this with is appliances. I don’t feel I can ever recall owning a brand current appliances that didn’t come from the scratch and dent inventory. She always says that they are just as nice as the one that comes in a box but I have had to be absolutely clever in hiding these flaws once they arrive at the house. My hubby even keeps spray paint in the garage that matches most white appliances to cover up scratches. These were the only things I could feel of when our Heating and Air Conditioning system died. I thought that she was going to go to the dealer and come household with some beat up component and tell me how great of a deal she got on it. Well, she totally surprised me when she came in and announced that the current component would be arriving and it was still in its original packaging. I sarcastically made a comment about the scratch and dent specials she had gotten in the past and she told me that the current component was entirely cheaper than any of the floor models that they had.
