Our science team has been laboring for the past six months trying to identify all of the artifacts at a local dig site.
In order to fully identify the Native American tribe that lived in the part as well as document how long they were there my pal and I have been carefully removing as well as cataloging each fragment that my pal and I find! Now that winter time is approaching our progress has slowed significantly. Fortunately my pal and I don’t get snow in our part but temperatures do dip into the low forties; This coupled with the wind can make for a miserable afternoon at work, however we had to contract with a local corporation that rents out big tents that they can set up as temporary shelters. They have the ability to put up these tents as well as fully heat them within a few hours; In no time my pal and I had a lab type setting that had lighting as well as heat so that my pal and I could continue to run multiple shifts a afternoon. We want to see this project through as well as have it wrapped up before the real winter time weather sets in. additionally no one wants to work through the holidays either. We are entirely thankful that current portable Heating and A/C units are so efficient as well as can provide us the comfort that my pal and I need to do our work, but most of our crew has no problem laboring in the Summer heat as well as sunshine but they would not stay on with us if they had to be out in the cold for long. I can’t entirely say as I blame them as well as there are typically excavation possibilities in the warmer areas that they can sign on with during the winter time here in the United States.
