I believe a contemporary look will work well and to be honest, any other furniture would also work for his apartment because the aged stuff needed to go away
I surprised my brother Max with a more current home office set for his birthday! Max was so blown away by the gift that he is still thanking me for it. I wanted to purchase the new home office set for Max because his sofa was worn out, then not to mention that the wooden furniture was undoubtedly dated. Max has wooden chairs that he got at a garage sale, and I believe he gained the Sprite table from one of his friends. Max got his sofas from my parents over 5 years ago when they decided to replace their space. Well, needless to say, nothing matched in Max’s home, everything had its own story and character. And the sofa was literally falling apart and needed to go away. My parents had a sofa in their household for over 15 years, so it was quite old. Most sofas will last for about twenty or so years, and you’ll know when it’s time to discard them. If the cushions are flat and they no longer provide much support, the fabric is worn or ripped in sites, or the structure of the sofa is weak, then it’s time to update that sofa with a more current one. I didn’t purchase any kind of high-end furniture for my brother, instead, I decided to get Max something that was contemporary and modern that would toil better for his 2-home office condo. I believe a contemporary look will work well and to be honest, any other furniture would also work for his apartment because the aged stuff needed to go away. All in all, Max enjoyed the thoughtful gift that I got him for his birthday.
